Reference Number 0000385422 A/C Recovery Machines This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicited by the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART), a public transportation authority in southeast Michigan that serves more than 10 million passengers annually. SMART is interested in awarding a contract for the one-time purchase of six (6) A/C Recovery Machines.
