Reference Number 0000292321 Question Acceptance Deadline 12-May-2025 01:30:00 PM EDT The Ministry intends to establish an agreement with an Engineering Service Provider to furnish professional and technical services for the assignment described in the RFQ Documents. This Assignment includes detail design, Environmental Assessment and preparation of a Design-Bid-Build Contract package for: New AODA compliant traffic signals at the intersection of Highway 26 and Arrowhead Road, a new pedestrian access to Craigleith Provincial Park across from the intersection, and fencing along the south side of Highway 26 westerly from the intersection. A new eastbound left-turn lane at the entrance of Northwinds Beach Replacement of the current traffic signals at Highway 26 and Grey Road 19 and fencing along the south side of Highway 26, westerly from the intersection. All Proponents approved in the Ministry's Registry, Appraisal and Qualification System (RAQS) in the Prime Specialty Highway Engineering: Detailed Design - Multi-lane Arterial & Expressway - Minor Reconstruction and Resurfacing are invited to submit Proposals. Only Service Providers registered for the Prime Specialty will be considered. In addition, all Proponents must also meet or exceed the minimum CPR score required to bid (posted on https://www.raqs.merx.com/public/main/whatsNew.jsf). And, a Proponent must have prior registration in RAQS of their Core Plan and the corresponding Generic Category Plan. A reference document "Qualification Procedures for Engineering Service Providers" is available on Ministry of Transportation Technical Publications site. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.raqsesp.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
