The City of Omaha is interested in entering into a price agreement to purchasing curb inlet tops built to comply with the City of Omaha 2024 Standard Plate 702-10 and latest edition of City of Omaha Standard Specifications. The agreement will be for one year with up to three additional one-year extensions of the price agreements at the sole option of the City of Omaha. The City of Omaha will purchase in the first year of this agreement 200- 15' Curb Inlet Tops W/R&C (FA). 100 of the 15' tops to be right-hand and 100 of the 15' tops to be left hand. These will be delivered to the City of Omaha after vendor constructs these tops and will be delivered to 5 separate locations throughout the City. The locations will be listed in the specifications in the quantity desired per location. The City also requests pricing for the non-standard size inlets listed below. These would be ordered as needed with no guarantee of quantity purchased. Delivery and setting of inlet tops will be at various locations throughout the City of Omaha Following the initial agreement terms, the awarded bidders may propose a price increase for any contract extension offered by the City. Price increase shall be submitted at least 30 days prior to the end of the original agreement term and end of any of the proposed extensions. These proposed increases must be accompanied by supporting documentation. The proposed price increases will be reviewed by the City who will approve or reject the increased at the City's own discretion.
