A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** A general description of the work consists of the repair of paving in streets and sidewalks within the boundaries of the District, including saw-cutting, removal of existing paving, repair and preparation of subgrade, replacement of paving with Portland Cement Concrete paving, sodding disturbed area and all work that may be considered incidental thereto in various locations in the streets . All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by Lamp Rynearson, and must be accompanied by an original bid bond or a certified check in the amount of not less than $1,700.00 made payable without condition to the 'treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 521 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to provide said work In accordance with this Notice to Contractors and will give a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price, all as provided in the specifications.
