Reference Number 0000385431 The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting quotes to award a one-time purchase of R-134A Refrigerant in 30lb canisters to be delivered to various SMART locations listed in Section: 1.04. The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified vendors for R-134A Refrigerant Canisters. The 30lb canisters will have no deposit, rental, or core charge. Once an order is placed, delivery is to be made within 3 business days. It is SMART's intent to award the contract to one vendor, however, SMART reserves the right to award to multiple vendors if SMART, at its sole option, deems such action to be in its best interests. Current SMART Terminal Addresses are as follows: Macomb Terminal 34705 Centaur Drive Clinton Twp., MI 48035 Oakland Terminal 2021 Barrett Troy, MI 48084 Wayne Terminal 30000 N. Industrial Drive Inkster, MI 48184 A Pre-Quote Conference will not be held. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award SMART reserves the right to amend the RFQ at any time prior to the Quote Due Date. Any such amendments will be issued as addenda to the RFQ, and will become part of the RFQ.
