Site work for a mixed-use development in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and fire / police facility.
This is a two-phase selection process. Bidders responding to this ITT are to submit a bid in two phases. Phase One bids cover only the qualifications and experience of the Bidders, refer to SI05 'Submission of Bid'. Following evaluation of Phase One bids, Bidders are advised of their competitive standing and responsive Phase One Bidders will be invited to submit a Phase Two bid. Phase Two bids cover the pricing. A combination of the Phase One and Phase Two submissions constitutes the final bid. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a pedestrian walkway replacement consisting of demolition and removal of existing ramp, construction of new guardrails and handrails and construction of a new ramp.
