Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Lowman, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
ITD D3 Maintenance Shed Roof Replacement Lowman, Idaho Project includes full replacement of the existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) metal roof system including insulation. New roof to consist of new PEMB fabric liner, PEMB insulation system, and new standing seam metal roof. Project also includes new metal paneling and roofing material on canopies over the entrance doors. New snow guards are also to be installed on both eaves of the building. Deadline To Receive Questions: 12:00 p.m. (MT) on May 8, 2025 Initial Term of Contract and Renewals (service completion): The service performed under the contract will begin upon ITD's written Notice to Proceed must be completed within 120 days. A bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid, including add alternates, is required.
