Reference Number 0000292351 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/12 11:59:00 PM EDT FBCL is seeking a Contractor who is both interested and capable of providing the landscaping naturalization services requested, in a timely manner, utilizing South West Ontario native plants. The successful bidder shall at its own expense obtain and maintain until the termination of the contract, and provide FBCL with evidence of: 1. Comprehensive General Liability insurance on an occurrence basis for an amount not less than five million ($ 5,000,000) dollars. Such insurance shall be extended to cover broad form pollution liability for limits equal to the policy limits of liability. 2. Automobile Liability insurance for an amount not less than one million ($1,000,000) dollars, on forms meeting statutory requirements covering all vehicles used in any manner in connection with the provision of goods as part of this agreement. The policies described above will not be cancelled or permitted to lapse unless the insurer notifies FBCL in writing at least thirty days prior to the effective date of cancellation or expiry.
