The San Jacinto River Authority is seeking one or more contractors for Water and Wastewater Maintenance Services for Scheduled and Unscheduled Work. 1. Water Services - Water line repairs, Water line taps. Fire hydrant repair and replacement, Pumps & motor replacements, Insertion valves, . Standard MJ Valves, Pressure regulating valve repair and replacement, Air Release Va lves (ARV) including manway structures, Vaults, including communication vaults. These repairs may include but are not limited to pipe, valves, concrete repair/replacement. 2.Wastewater Services - Sewer line repairs, Lift station rehabilitation (like for like), Manhole repair, adjustment, and replacement, Wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation, Air Release Valves (ARV) including manway structures. These repairs may include, but is not limited to, pipe, valves, concrete repair/replacement, control panels, electrical, fans, blowers, pumps, motors, lift gate (valves), gear drives, and structural repairs to tanks (concrete and/or metal). 3. Storm water - Grading/Re-grading of ditches and swales, Setting / correcting storm water piping. 4. New Installations - Small projects that encompass short pipe runs, new manhole, pipework typically less than 24" and lift station rehabilitation, typically accompanied by engineered plans and specifications, payment and performance bonds.
