Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Veneta, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 9, 2025, the project was awarded to Odell Construction, with an awarded amount of $4,357,018.** Each bid must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope, addressed to Kyle Schauer, Public Works Director, City of Veneta, at the above address. Each bid must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder, the City's address and "Bolton Hill Sports Complex". Bids not so marked may be disqualified. No electronic or facsimile submittals will be accepted. The project involves Grading, Earthwork, Topsoil Placement, Seeding, Landscaping, Irrigation, Concrete, Asphalt, Utility, Electrical, Synthetic Turf Surfacing, Sports Field Equipment and related work. No prequalification will be required for this Project. Notice is hereby given that this contract is for Public Work, subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 relating to the payment of prevailing wages.
