The work generally includes wearing course overlay and incidental milling on North Cornwall Road (0.29 mile). The project work is located entirely in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents. Questions shall be submitted via the "Vendor Discussions" feature within PennBid. Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry are not applicable to the bid work. West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
