North Dakota Parks & Recreation Department (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: NORTH DAKOTA PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT. The Scope of Work shall consist of construction tasks necessary to meet the performance specifications for a Ranger House. The project will be a Manufactured Home, foundation for the house, and site work for the house as required per location. The scope of work outline is for the following North Dakota State Parks: 1. Fort Ransom State Park: (Fort Ransom, ND). The Project has an expected duration of 90 days and an expected completion date of October 1 2025 It is very likely that all on-site construction will occur. Question Deadline 06/17/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
