City of Delta invites bids for the construction of a parking lot renewal project at Sungod Recreation Centre. The work is a multi phase project split over multiple years. This tender is for phase 2, which is parking lot north of the building. Location of Phase 2 parking lot works The Work generally consists of: i. Excavation of asphalt and 0.35m of existing material in the parking lot ii. Placement of subbase, and asphalt iii. New barrier curb and sidewalk iv. New lighting and related electrical works v. Pavement markings vi. Reinstatement of speed bump and gate vii. Landscaping viii. All temporary works associated with the project including a temporary pedestrian walkway OTHER BIDDER: 1166618 B.C.
