NWCC Alumni and Ranger Drive Pavement Repair The scope of work of this project consists of asphalt milling, isolated removal of pavement and curb and gutter, asphalt overlay, and concrete work including curb and gutter installation and concrete pavement. An added alternate is proposed for approximately 1,700 linear feet of water line with associated fittings and connections to be installed beneath the existing drive. Work shall be substantially complete within 60 working days. Contractor shall commence work on or before a date to be stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. It is estimated that the Notice to Proceed shall be June 9,2025. Time is of the essence to the owner and contractor should have contract bonded and ready to begin work ASAP.
