Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mount Olive Township, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of July 8, 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Any bid received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. The Musconetcong Sewerage Authority is seeking qualified contractors to perform concrete repairs involving application of epoxy mortar at concrete walkway edges, filling of concrete spalls, sealing of concrete cracks, and related concrete remedial work after the sequential removal of aluminum handrails. After concrete repairs are performed, the handrails are to be re-installed into surface mounted receivers or cleats. The concrete repair effort will also include remedial work to re-attach and support stair stringers at the east end of Plant No. 2 and concrete repairs and grabrail re-mounting at a northwest stair at Plant No. 1. The 'north' plant and 'south' plant sites affected by the proposed work must maintain permit complying treatment operations throughout construction. The work required under the Contract shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. In the event that a potential bidder obtains the bid documents in any manner other than as specified herein, the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority will not have the contact information of the potential bidder for purposes of issuing bid addenda, if any. The non-receipt of any addenda (in the event that any addenda are issued) and the failure of the bidder to acknowledge the receipt of any and all addenda at the time of receipt of bid shall be considered a material defect in such bidder's submission and said bid shall be rejected. Therefore, if a potential bidder obtains the bid documents in any manner other than as specified herein, said bidder shall promptly provide written notice of their contact information to the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the Bid Documents in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bids will be accepted by courier service, hand delivery, or by mail, and the bidder accepts all risks associated with non-delivery or late delivery. Upon receipt, all bids shall be date and time recorded by the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority or its representative, and such time stamp shall be controlling. No oral, facsimile or telephone bids or alterations will be considered. Bidders are solely responsible for the timely delivery of the bids and no bids shall be considered which are presented after the public call for receiving bids. The Musconetcong Sewerage Authority will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery services. Any bid received after the date and time specified will be returned, unopened, to the bidder. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder and made payable to the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. Bidder questions shall be submitted in writing to James Wancho, P.E. at jwancho@psands.com by close of business May 22, 2025. Consolidated questions will be addressed by May 29, 2025. The Musconetcong Sewerage Authority will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the Bid Documents. The Musconetcong Sewerage Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein and to accept any bid that will be in the best interest of the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority, all in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. The successful bidder will be required to submit bonds and proof of insurance before execution of the Contract. All bid and accompanying documents, as well as the insurance certificates, bonds, and other contract documents, are subject to review by the Authority Attorney to ensure compliance with New Jersey laws and regulations. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
