2025 Street Paving" on various streets in the Borough of Minersville, Schuylkill County 33 SY of 1 1/2" Depth Milling 178 SY of Base Repair 454 Tons of 1 1/2 "Depth 9.5mm Wearing Course All materials must meet PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards, bidders need to be PENNDOT prequalified. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Borough. After the pre-bid meeting these will be in the form of a written notice to all bidders. For further information contact Megan Paul at 570-544-2149 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Minersville Borough. The successful bidder for the "2025 Street Paving" project will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Borough Council of Minersville reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Borough.
