Interior painting of wall, ceiling, and floor surfaces in stairtowers, corridors, and public areas at Minersville High Rise, Schuylkill Haven High Rise, Shenandoah High Rise, and Ashland High Rise. Surfaces to be painted include concrete, masonry, gypsum board, and miscellaneous metal surfaces. Hollow metal doors and frames are to be painted; wood doors and handrails are to be replaced or refinished as noted. Other miscellaneous work items are to be completed and ready for use in compliance with the latest codes and regulations. Bidders must comply with Davis Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage Rate regulations. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Contract Name clearly written. Requests for bid documents must be in writing, specifying the contract name, bidder information, and contact details. A non-refundable service fee is required for each set of digital bidding documents, which will be issued digitally only. Addenda will be issued only to those who have obtained contract documents from the Design Professional. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for sixty days after the deadline.
