The MDTA's Office of Engineering and Construction (OEC) is seeking comprehensive services for preliminary engineering and final design phases, including support during construction. The services span the domains of planning, engineering, asset management, construction management, project management, and program support. It is anticipated that project assignments will be funded with 100% MDTA funds. The MDTA may award up to six (6) contracts; each contract with a duration of five (5) years. The value of each award may vary. The total value of all awarded contracts shall not exceed $150 million. The MDTA in its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the number of awards and the total funding authority. Neither work nor funding is guaranteed under this contract. All work will be assigned via task orders, and each task order will define scope of work, schedule, manpower and cost. All work performed under this contract must be for services as outlined in the contract's scope of work, and it must conform to all contract terms and conditions, including payment provisions. Contract awards are subject to receipt of necessary funding and approval by the Maryland Board of Public Works.
