Renovation of a residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, permits including U&O (Unit of Occupancy Permit) and all other incidentals required to complete the work items listed below as requested by HABC, in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Completion date: 90 days from Notice to Proceed. General: 1. Remove and properly dispose of all Trash, Furniture and Miscellaneous Items in the Unit. 2. Replace closet shelving/closet rod as necessary 3. Final Cleaning of Entire Unit to Make Ready for Occupancy. Bathrooms: 1. Remove existing sink, supply and install new Vanity Cabinet w/ Vanity Bowl, faucet and stainless steel 1-1/4" drain line. 2. Clean existing toilet and replace round toilet seat 3. Remove existing, supply and install New Medicine Cabinet with Mirror 4. Remove existing, supply and install all new bathroom Accessories, Non-UFAS 5. Remove existing shower, tub faucet, tub spout and showerhead, supply and install new shower wall tub faucet, tub spout and showerhead 6. Remove existing shower rod, supply and install new shower rod Remove existing rangehood, supply and install Broan #4100 range hood (Black) 2. Remove existing kitchen cabinets, Install HUD severe use base and wall cabinets "Dark Grey" (HABC will supply) 3. Remove existing countertop, supply and install new countertops. 4. Remove existing kitchen faucet, supply and install new Delta faucet 5. Remove existing kitchen sink drain line, supply and install new stainless steel 1-1/2" (inch) drain line. 6. Remove existing, supply and install laundry hookup box and hot /cold water valves. Contractor will always be responsible for protecting the work area or site and maintaining it in a safe condition. 3. Contractor shall always keep work area or sites free from accumulation of excess debris. 4. Upon completion of the work, or at the end of the day, whichever is less, Contractor shall leave all work areas secured. 5. Contractor shall be aware that children, elderly, and the disabled may be present at work area or site. 6. Contractor is solely responsible for the security of all equipment, material and premises during the performance of the work. 7. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a requirements contract. Services and tasks to be performed under this contract will be provided by the successful bidder as requested by HABC. HABC makes no guarantee or representation concerning the actual tasks and/or usages to be assigned to the Contractor. HABC will analyze bids and award a requirements contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. In addition, HABC reserves the right to take any of the following actions without liability to any bidder:
