Clark Construction Group, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is assembling a team of project partners for the Redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility. Bid Opportunities With this current opportunity, Clark invites Trade Contractors to bid on the following packages: DIV 02 - Site Demolition Dewatering DIV 03 - Concrete (Tunnel and Retaining Walls) DIV 07 - Waterproofing (Tunnel) DIV 31 - Earthwork DIV 32 - Exterior Improvements - Site Concrete, Asphalt DIV 33 - Utilities - Wet and Dry. Prequalification Required: All bidders must prequalify online at before submitting a bid. MBE Participation: This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count toward the goal.
