West Side Park - Field Lighting Upgrades Question Deadline 05/16/2025 at 3:00 PM CT E-mail requests are required and should be addressed to shannon.mcintyre@cityofmobile.org Base Bid: The project shall include upgrading (remove and replace) the ballfield lighting for select ballfields at Westside Park. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with Musco Sports Lighting for delivery and receipt of all materials purchased by City of Mobile. Work to be completed per the drawings and specifications. Babe Ruth Field: Select poles are to remain and the rest removed. The electrical contractor is to remove and replace all existing light fixtures and all associated conduit and wiring back to the serving panel. Little League, Buddy Ball, and Softball/Rookie Fields: All light poles are existing to remain. The electrical contactor is to remove and replace all existing light fixtures and all associated conduit and wiring back to the serving panel. T-Ball and Major League Fields and Parking Lot Lighting: All light poles are to be removed and replaced new. The electrical contractor is to remove and replace the existing light fixtures and all associated conduit and wiring back to the serving panel. Electrical Yard: Utility transformer is to remain. All existing electrical gear is to be removed and replaced new.
