Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The 2025 Parking Lot Rehabilitation project consists of the construction of parking lot improvements at Northeast Elementary School, Prairie Ridge Middle School and Westwood Elementary School. This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements. The proposed project includes 449 SY of pavement removal, removal of 1 existing intake, installation of 1 SW-541 intake, removal and replacement of 1 SW-501 Grate, connection of storm pipes, 2,533 SY of 8" PCC Full Depth Patches, 172 LF of 8" thick Curb & Gutter, 416 SY of 5" PCC Sidewalk, 29 SY of 8" PCC Sidewalk, painted pavement markings & symbols, construction survey, site restoration, and other miscellaneous work. Est. Value: $ 467,946.00 Engineer Estimate for the Bid Alternate is $268520 Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
