Renovation of a military facility in Tok, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This acquisition is for the design and construction of the modernization and expansion of the Alcan Land Port of Entry (LPOE) located near Tok, Alaska. The multi-phase project involves full replacement of existing port infrastructure, construction of new facilities, and complete site redevelopment to support enhanced inspection, processing, and mission-critical operations. Scope includes demolition and removal of existing structures and utilities, new construction of approximately 20 buildings such as main inspection facilities, officer quarters, and support structures, and phased construction sequencing to maintain port operations throughout the project. Additional work includes installation of advanced security, communication, and inspection systems, full utility and civil site redevelopment including paving, water/wastewater, and energy systems, as well as planning for local workforce and supply chain considerations due to the remote location of the port. All questions regarding Solicitation No. 47PJ0025R0058 must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 5:00 PM Mountain Time, September 15, 2025. Questions received after the deadline may not receive a response. Total Contract Estimated Price Range: Between $320,000,000 and $360,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
