Site work for a civil project in Wellsburg, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount often percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division ofLabor. This project includes 4 bioreactors and 14 saturated buffer structures located in Grundy amd Tama County, Iowa. Some ofthe materials required for this project include: water control structures (WCS), woodchips, geotextile fabric, perforated and non-perforated piping, outlet structures, amidst other items. In general, the work involves, and is not limited to, excavation, earthwork, grading, mobilization, and seeding Questions concerning the Plans and Construction Specifications should be in writing and addressed to Caleb Rasmussen, P.E., Caleb.Rasmussen@ISGInc.com, and must copy Emalyn Polz, Division, emalyn.polz@iowaagriculture.gov. To be considered in a final addendum, written questions must be received by 3:00 PM on May 29,2025. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) ofthe contract price The estimated cost range for this project is $355,000 to $385,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
