Site work for a water / sewer project in Randolph, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work in this contract includes, but is not limited to, the bypass and construction of approximately 5,000 linear feet of lateral water main, including hydrants, gate valves, service laterals and appurtenant work associated therewith in the Town of Randolph, Massachusetts on Soren Street, Hollis Street, and Delorenzo Drive. The work includes the replacement of any lead or lead lined water services to residences along the project corridor. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of a BID BOND, CASH, or CERTIFIED CHECK issues by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Work MUST begin by July 15, 2025. Time for Completion for this project shall be 270 consecutive calendar days from the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to commence the Work, unless extended by mutual agreement between the CLIENT and CONTRACTOR.
