Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Randolph, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Randolph is seeking quotes for a designer to prepare plans and specifications for an emergency generator to be installed at the Randolph Intergenerational Community Center (RICC). The building was opened in 2017 and is approximately 36,000 sf in size. The generator should be scaled and designed to allow the building to serve as an emergency shelter, should that be needed. The design shall be for a gas generator, and should include the design of a decorative wood fence for safety and aesthetics. Questions should be directed to: Monica R. Lamboy Assistant Town Manager mlamboy@randolph-ma.gov. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in the best interest of the community. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
