The Town of Randolph Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in the Proposals Received if Deemed in the Town's Best Interest to Do So. the Deadline for Questions is Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 4:00 Pm.
