The work consists of the demolition of existing walks and the construction of cement concrete walkways and pedestrian curb ramps. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Town of Freetown is hereby soliciting sealed bids for Walkway Improvements to the Freetown Elementary School at 43 Bullock Road. The work consists of the demolition of existing walks and construction of cement concrete walkways and pedestrian curb ramps. The work under this contract will consist of the demolition of existing walks and construction of cement concrete walkways and pedestrian curb ramps at the Freetown Elementary School located at 43 Bullock Road in East Freetown, MA. It is the intent of this Contract to perform all of the work associated with the project under the items noted in the Bid Form. All ancillary and incidental work associated with the project, as described hereinafter, shall be included under the various items of work in the Contract. A description of the work is provided in Section 00100 and shown on Attachment C. A pre-bid meeting for the work will not be conducted The work consists of the demolition of existing walks and construction of cement concrete walkways and pedestrian curb ramps at the Freetown Elementary School located at 43 Bullock Road in East Freetown. The Scope of Work is generally as shown on the Site Improvement Plans, Attachment C.
