Renovation of a transportation facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 161,185-square-foot, seven-story above grade transportation facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project Overview: Replacement of existing roof assembly, skylights, equipment curbs and roof safety improvements, including roof ladder replacement, extension of parapets, and addition of osha guardrails. Replace all copings. 2. The Contractor will be required to ensure the execution of work outlined in the contract documents does not disrupt the ongoing, daily operations of the various occupants of the PPB- TRAINING DIVISION buildings, and public moving in and around the building. The Contractor shall also use due diligence to complete the project in a timely manner. B. Type of Contract: 1.
