Description of Work. The Work Generally Consists of Reroofing of Steep Slope With New Metal Roofing and Maintenance of Lowslope Roof Areas by Checking Seams and Seals, Repairs to Existing Sealant at All Parapet Caps, Providing New Pre-finished Sheet Metal Flashing to Cover Existing Parapet Caps, New Roofing at Horizontal Portions of Parapet Braces, Removal of Existing Metal Plate and Installation of New Termination Bar. Completion of Work. Substantial Completion Must Be Obtained Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days of Issuance of Notice to Proceed, or by September 15, 2025, Whichever Occurs First. Final Completion Must Be Obtained Within Ten (10) Calendar Days of Substantial Completion. Public Works. This Solicitation is for a Public Works Project Subject to Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870 (Oregon Prevailing Wage Law), and Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Comply With Owner's Business and Workforce Equity Requirements. General Information Including the Plan Holder List is Available to the Public Without Registering.
