A. Work Covered by Contract Documents 1. Name of the project is 2019 Flood Damage Repairs - Phase 5 Riverton WMA - Thompson Levee, Project Number 22-04-36-05. Drawings and Specifications are dated April 2025. 2. Briefly and without force and effect upon contract documents, work of the contract can be summarized as follows a. Project includes constructing approximately 700 LF of new levee with 6,935 CY of Class 10 excavation onsite and 3,005 CY of fill material to be brought in from offsite. B. Occupancy 1. Owner: The DNR shall have the right to enter the building or work site and store or attach such fixtures or furniture as it may elect, or to do other work providing that such storage or work will not interfere with the completion of the Contractor's work. Such occupancy by the DNR shall in no way imply final acceptance of any portion of the Contractors work. Proposal Guarantee: $12,500.00 Completion Date: 09/26/2025 Project includes constructing approximately 700 LF of new levee with 6,935 CY of Class 10 excavation onsite and 3,005 CY of fill material to be brought in from offsite.
