Sheehy Apartment Refresh - BDO The Project consists of but not limited to: The Work includes all demolition, alterations, interior improvements, and incidental work required for the renovation of Unit 315 at Sheehy Hall, University of Massachusetts Lowell, in accordance with the Contract Documents. This includes all work indicated, specified, or otherwise necessary to achieve complete and successful execution of the project, ready for use and occupancy by the Owner, without limitation. The following is a summary of the major elements of the Work: Selective demolition and removal of existing interior construction, including flooring, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and interior finishes, as necessary to accommodate the renovation. Refer to Drawings and Section 02 41 19, SELECTIVE DEMOLITION, for specific scope related to removal and disposal. Installation of new flooring, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and interior finishes throughout the unit, including any necessary modifications to existing systems or supports to accommodate new work. The work is estimated to cost $270,710.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/15/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 05/20/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids.
