Renovation of a residential development in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Work of the Contract consists of 1. Removing existing laundry, common area, and kitchen flooring carpet and tile to concrete surfaces at two buildings. 2. Preparing concrete subfloor surfaces for new resilient and fluid applied flooring. 3. Partial removal of existing select walls for new framing and refinishing. 4. Removing existing and installing new resilient wall base at kitchen & common area spaces. 5. Applying wall covering at two walls in each building. 6. Removing and replacing existing kitchen cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, countertops, and select deteriorated sheetrock or damaged walls to wood stud framing. 7. Relocating two appliances at laundry room. 8. Providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing work per drawings and specifications. 9. Patching selective damaged wall sheetrock, prepping and repainting to match existing. 10. Coordination and installation of temporary plywood countertop for tenant use while waiting for new countertop fabrication at occupied units. 11. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done 12. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 13. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: refer to specification sections.
