Remove existing manual gate and provide and install a new electric operated gate system with new intercom, keypad, and call box system. Construction Cost Range: $20,000 to $30,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. General notes: 1. Remove existing manual gate and all attachments as needed to install new electric gate and system components. 2. Provide a new electric all aluminum gate 8 feet high x 20 feet long cantilever chain link gate infill (heavy duty) including all new gate posts as required for new gate system by gate mfg. Gate system shall have a 3 year warranty for gate and operator and a 1 year warranty for installation. Gate should be rated for continuous duty. Install per manufacturer's recommendations. 3. Provide and install the new gate system with a new intercom system. The intercom system shall include 2 interior intercom call boxes integrated into the new system. 4. Provide a Keypad/Intercom/call box system into existing concrete /pavement/etc. 5. Install internal in- ground loop into the existing grade to accommodate automatic gate opening for exiting the property. 6. Provide all connections needed for a fully operable automatic electric gate system. 7. Coordinate work done by other vendors with your work to provide a cohesive finished installation of the new electric gate system. 8. Do not qualify your quote. Provide all electrical connections for installation of new electric gate and system components. 10.Provide all electrical equipment (conduit, wiring, etc.) for the new gate operator.
