The current planning is that work will begin as soon as the letter of engagement is signed, but this date may be changed by MHMO. In this case, the modification cannot be used to justify an extra request from the successful tenderer.The work shall be completed within a maximum of 140 working days from the date confirmed in the letter of engagement for commencement of work.
