The work associated with this project has been organized into four bid packages BP#02.41 - Abatement and Demolition, BP#26.10 - Electrical Switchboard, and BP#2620 - Engine Generator and Transfer Switches. All work assigned to each bid package shall be included in a single subcontract to the successful prequalified bidder for each bid package. Bid Bonds are not required for this project. Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for certain subcontracts of elevated value or risk. Bids may not be withdrawn or changed for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
