Tenders are invited to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and appurtenances, including transportation, required to perform specialized repair services for large motors and synchronous motor excitation systems, generators and aeration blower motors, located at the District's various facilities and Water Reclamation Plants located throughout Cook County, Illinois, for a thirty-six (36) month period, commencing approximately June 26, 2025, or upon approval of the Contractor's Bond, whichever occurs later. Services include, but are not limited to, inspections, repairs, testing, and calibrating of the District's large motors and excitation systems, as specified herein. There is no bid deposit required for this Contract. The estimated cost of the work to be performed under this Contract is not to exceed $445,800.00. The successful Contractor agrees to furnish a Contractor's bond, as a Contractor's bond will be required. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
