PS028M - Repair Electrical Equipment Affected by Water Infiltration/Fire Alarm System Replacement The project is located at 475 West 155th St., New York, NY 10032 (the "Site"). Performance Period: 540 Continuous Calendar Days. Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted. Liquidated Damages: One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day. A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. (Appendix A). Est.value- $1,000,001 to $3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A. The Work shall be as described in the Contract Documents. LLW# 133725 - WATER INFILTRATION INTO ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Architectural: i. Replacement of existing doors, frame, and hardware ii. Provide new concrete equipment pads. iii. Provide new paint coating on existing wall surfaces. iv. Provide new epoxy floor over the existing concrete floor. Electrical: i. Remove existing electrical CT cabinet, service disconnect switch and 1200A rated panelboards affected by water infiltration and provide new electrical equipment on concrete pad. ii. Re-feed all the existing feeders to the new 1200A switchboard once it's installed. LLW# 133287 - FIRE ALARM SYSTEM REPALCEMENT i. Replace existing ACME fire alarm system with new fire alarm detection and alarm system with emergency voice/alarm communication and central office connection.
