Completion Model The Contract Will Assess Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages -completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Assessment of Working Days Will Commence June 2, 2025 The Contractor Shall Provide the Department Representatives With Twenty-four (24) Hours Notice Before Working Weekends. Liquidated Damages The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Eighteen (18) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed.
