Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in The Pas, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The scope of work will be removal of existing shingles. Repair of structure where needed, installation of new shingles and all associated finishing work. See appendix C for shingle specs. Replacement of eaves-troughs, downspouts, splashpads, any other associated items pertaining to rain collection system. Supply of 10 spare shingle bundles. The intent of this tender is to have the work completed in the summer of 2025, if unavailable within that time frame a submission is not necessary.
