The Town of The Pas is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to submit proposals for the replacement of the existing fuel system at the Town Garage with a Card-lock fueling system. The Town of The Pas is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to submit proposals for the replacement of the existing fuel system at the Town Garage with a Card-lock fueling system. The upgraded system should also have the capabilities to monitor the fuel inventory in real time. The existing fuel station at the Town Garage comprises two aboveground fuel tanks, two single hose single-product dispensers, and one tank-mounted fuel pump, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2. A detailed layout of the current site configuration is provided in Index 1. It is important to note that the existing single hose single-product dispensers at the Town Garage will not be salvaged as part of this project. Vendors are expected to factor in the removal and disposal of the existing dispensers in their proposals. The scope of work involves all the work needed to complete the card-lock fueling system upgrade project including but not limited to the supply, installation, and commissioning of the following card-lock fueling system components . 1. Single product dual hose dispenser including but not limited to automatic temperature compensation, hose, hose whip, hose swivel, nozzle, and pulser kits. 2. Single product single hose dispenser including but not limited to automatic temperature compensation, hose, hose whip, hose swivel, nozzle, and pulser kits. 3. Fuel site controller including but not limited to proximity fobs (minimum 50 pieces), software license and subscription (minimum 5 years), and pedestal. 4. Automatic tank gauge and monitoring system 5. Magnetostrictive tank probe or equivalent 6. Gasoline Probe Float Kit 7. Diesel Probe Float Kit 8. Variable length submersible pump The Town is under no obligation to disclose reasons for the rejection of any or all proposals to this RFP.
