Renovation of a detention facility in The Pas, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This Request for Proposals the RFP is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (Manitoba), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery (CPPD) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a generator replacement at The Pas Correction Centre as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars The work is being done at 300 3rd Street South, The Pas Correctional Centre, The Pas, Manitoba. Work site location will be occupied during construction. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Schedule A of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement; and A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Schedule B of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
