The work generally consists of asphalt mill and overlay, full depth asphalt removal and replacement, base repairs, subgrade preparation, concrete curb and gutter and installation of new pavement markings. The Contract time is 30 calendar days for the Base Bid. Liquidated damages in the amount of $200.00 will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day thereafter.
