**As of June 06, 2025, the project was awarded to Earle Asphalt Company, with an awarded amount of $318,013.13.** The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the Specifications and shown on the Plans of the construction of NJDOT FY2025 MA Paddock Path, Nixon Drive and Harper Drive Improvements located in the Township of Moorestown, New Jersey, including but not limited to pavement milling (Minimum 2" Thick), installing HMA Surface Course (9.5M64, 2" Thick), replacement of concrete curb, traffic striping, and inlet grate head and grate replacement. Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein, providing one (1) original and one (1) copy, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to Moorestown Township, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of Moorestown Township for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said security not be more than $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond upon the award of contract. The signed Proposal forms and bid security must be delivered to the place on or before the hour named above. The accepted bidder must sign the contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award or forfeit his bid security. All bid security, except the security of the three apparent lowest responsible bidders, shall be returned, unless otherwise requested by the bidder, within 10 days after the opening of the bids, Sunday and holidays excepted, and the bids of such bidders shall be considered as withdrawn. Within three days, Sundays and holidays excepted, after the awarding and signing of the contract and the approval of the contractor's performance bond, the bid security of the remaining unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them.
