Renovation of a museum in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The William Blacklock House is a National Historic Landmark built in1800. It is used for Special Events and staff offices by the College. The proposed work is limited to the building exterior. Work includes restoration of all the windows and shutters, some doors and some masonry restoration and painting of all exterior woodwork. The construction budget is approximately $500,00 with an estimated construction schedule of 6 months. Selective restoration of a National Historic Landmark - the Cameron House. Includes masonry and repointing, shutters, and fenestration. PROJECT DELIVERY METHOD: PREQUALIFICATION
