Work Packages for this Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) are: Proposal Package S302 - Interim Plant Demolition Proposal Package S303 - Clarifier Tanks Proposal Package P315 - Procurement of Clarifier Mechanisms Proposal Package S316 - Substation Electrical/I&C S302 Interim Plant Demolition (Whole & Complete), Estimated Construction Cost: $6,000,000. Scope consists of: Demo and hauling/disposal. S303 Clarifier Tanks, Estimated Construction Cost: $20,000,000. Scope consists of: Construction of concrete clarifier tanks, excavation, under slab piping, and backfill. P315 Procurement of Clarifier Mechanisms, Estimated Construction Cost: $10,000,000. Scope consists of: Procurement of anchor bolts. S316 Substation Electrical/I&C, Estimated Construction Cost: $40,000,000. Scope consists of: Medium Voltage Electrical Substation, electrical gear, conduit, wiring, and I&C devices. The objective of the four bid packages is to break the work down into manageable contracts while ensuring the proposing contractor captures all scope in the design documents in its entirety (Whole & Complete).
