*As of July 10, 2025 this project has been cancelled and no plan rebidding at this time* The City of Hendersonville is accepting separate bids for the following Parks FY25 Drakes Creek Park, Pedestrian Bridge Installation. Review provided project documentation related to bridge installation attached in this document, to be provided by the Winning Bidder for the provision of Bridge Materials. Coordinate effectively with the bridge material supplier to ensure seamless delivery and installation, in accordance with the City of Hendersonville's requirements. Provide a workmanship warranty against defects for a period of five (5) years from the time of material delivery to the site and project completion. The installer will be responsible for communicating any observed material defects to the city. 5) Winning Bidder must install the bridges in a manner that minimizes impact on the surrounding natural environment. The total job should include the removal of both existing bridges, and subsequent installation of the new bridges provided by the Winning (Manufacturer) Bidder. The installation project is anticipated to take approximately 5-7 business days, utilizing an approximately sized crew.
