**As of June 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Clark Construction of Texas, Inc. , with an awarded amount of $288,449.86.** Mill and overlay within Wurzbach Road from Bandera Rd to Evers Rd. Adjust sanitary sewer manholes and water valves along streets and ramps, per plans. The contractor will perform base repair on the road on sections of the road approved by the city engineer. The scope of work includes street maintenance, and traffic control as necessary per the plans to complete the work. The deadline to ask questions is 5/08/2025 4:00 PM CST. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, a cashier's check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements set forth herewith. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond. The City of Leon Valley reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder who provides the best value to the City, and to waive any informality or technicality in the bid. The City agrees to take action within sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
