Project has not yet been awarded and the timeline for award has not yet been established ** Remove and replace the plaster in the Main and Kiddie swimming pools at Forest Oaks Pool Facility. The work also includes removing and replacing the coping, tiles below the coping, black lane tiles, tile wall targets, marker tiles, stainless steel handrails, drain and inlet covers, fixtures and underwater pool lighting as described in the construction documents and specifications. The above work is considered subsidiary to the removal and replacing of the plaster. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide a complete operating system. The work covered by this section shall consist of breaking up, removing and satisfactorily disposing of existing concrete located within the project area or as directed by the Owner, Landscape Architect or Engineer. Existing concrete not shown on the plans, located beneath the natural ground surface, not indicated by the Owner, Landscape Architect or Engineer or not obvious to the naked eye, but in conflict with the proposed structures, shall be covered under this item. Such materials will be removed, as needed. A. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and related items required for the complete installation of Cast-in-Place Concrete as indicated by the Contract Documents. B. Concrete for Paving. C. Grouting, including base plates, sills, thresholds and openings boxed out for mechanical and electrical installations.
