The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide the expertise, labour and equipment necessary to perform the services described in the quotation, all according to the conditions of this call for tenders. Contract start date: July 1, 2025 Contract end date: June 30, 2027 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall possess all permits, licences and other authorizations required by the competent public authorities in connection with its activities and to perform annual inspection services of gas probes, including: The SERVICE PROVIDER must provide, with its submission, a copy of its licence from the Regie de Batiment du Quebec in force for the following subcategory: 17.1 Contractor for instrumentation, control and regulation. The inspection and verification of gas detectors must be carried out in accordance with CNESST regulations and manufacturer's standards. A renewal option or an option to provide services of the same nature as those initially required, offered at the same price and intended to meet the needs covered by this contract.
