Reference Number 0000292672 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/16 12:00:00 PM CDT Supply and Delivery of Aggregate for Bituminous Pavement Class “a” (Epp) Notwithstanding Specification 920.3.2 the gradation shall be modified as follows: Passing 16.0mm sieve 100% Passing 9.5mm sieve 4.75mm sieve 70-95% Passing 55-70% Passing 2mm sieve 35-55% Passing 425 um sieve 20-32% Passing 180 um sieve 4-12% Passing 75 um sieve 2-6% The Contractor shall clear the site of all debris, vegetation, rocks, snow and other objectionable material prior to placing any aggregate on the stockpile site. Stockpiling shall be performed using loader, or another suitable approved equipment. Stockpiles are to be shaped and completed with a uniform height and squared sides and edges to ensure accurate survey measurement. Stockpile preparation and shaping shall be included in the Unit Bid Price for Aggregate including all work necessary or incidental thereto. Attached hereto: Diagram of Locations: Manitoba Infrastructure Maps Schedule A - Inwood Delivery Map Schedule A - Mile 12 Delivery Map Work shall be completed free of liquidated damages on or before July 18, 2025. Liquidated damages, after this specified time limit, will be charged at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day until the work is completed.
